A registered DB-U builder since 2018, Brock founded Rawlinson Constructions with a commitment to raising the standard of the residential building experience. His goal is to deliver architecturally designed homes built with care, precision, and integrity while ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey. With expertise in construction methodology, structural detailing, material procurement, and pool design and construction, Brock brings a hands-on approach and a strong focus on quality craftsmanship at every stage.

Kieran Rawlinson, Director
Also a DB-U registered builder and holding a Construction Management degree from RMIT, Kieran brings extensive project management experience gained both on site and in house through working with some of Melbourne’s leading builders. His expertise in construction techniques and project delivery ensures each Rawlinson build is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Supported by a dedicated team of office and contract administrators, and a trusted network of leading contractors and suppliers, Rawlinson delivers a fully integrated service model.
