With expertise in construction methodology, structural detailing, material procurement, and pool design and construction, Brock brings a hands-on approach and a strong focus on quality craftsmanship at every stage.

Kieran Rawlinson, Director
Also a DB-U registered builder and holding a Construction Management degree from RMIT, Kieran brings extensive project management experience gained both on site and in house through working with some of Melbourne’s leading builders. His expertise in construction techniques and project delivery ensures each Rawlinson build is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Hayley Dearie, Senior Project Manager
With over 10 years’ experience in the building and design industry, Hayley brings a client-focused approach to project management. Her expertise in internal space planning, joinery development, product procurement, and most importantly, value management — ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

Supported by a dedicated team of office and contract administrators, and a trusted network of leading contractors and suppliers, Rawlinson delivers a fully integrated service model.
